Kutztown extinguishes bulldozer fire

BERKS COUNTY, PA – Around 10:00 AM on Friday, April 27, Berks 9-1-1 dispatched Company 46 (Kutztown) to Route 222 Northbound between South Kemp Road and Hilltop Road for a reported vehicle fire.  Initial responding officers were advised of a piece of equipment on fire in a field next to the highway. Building burns at Upper Macungie farm

LEHIGH COUNTY, PA – After 10:00 PM on Wednesday, December 28, Lehigh County 9-1-1 dispatched the box to 852 Independent Road in Upper Macungie Township for the reported building fire. Initial responding units were given a report that police were on scene of a pole building with smoke showing in close proximity to a barn.  Extra tankers from both Lehigh and Berks Counties were quickly added to the box.   Crews arrived to find a large pole building heavily involved in fire.  A defensive attack was immediately initiated to battle the fire.  Trexlertown Tanker 2531, Fogelsville Engine 811 and Weisenberg … Continue reading →
