Warehouse fire goes two alarms

NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PA – Firefighters from Nancy Run (Station 14) and Bethlehem Township (Station 17) were dispatched with Bethlehem Township EMS at 7:20 PM on Wednesday, June 01, to 2600 Brodhead Road in Bethlehem Township for a commercial structure fire.  The dispatch had given a report of a possible fork lift fire in a warehouse.   Moments after the initial dispatch, Northampton County 9-1-1 alerted responders that police were reporting smoke showing from the Nazareth Pike, approximately a mile away.   Chief 1751 went responding with a short response time and reported heavy smoke showing.  Northampton 9-1-1 relayed to the … Continue reading →

Bethlehem Twp. knocks fire down in minutes

NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, PA – A  Bethlehem Township family was displaced from their residence after a fire broke out on the second floor.   At 7:03 PM on Thursday, May 27, Northampton County 9-1-1 dispatched Fire 14 (Nancy Run), 17 (Bethlehem Township) and 23 (West Easton) for RIT along with EMS 17 to 2011 14th Street in Bethlehem Township for a dwelling fire.   Chief 1751 went responding and was advised of reports of a dwelling fire at the address with flames showing from the second floor.   Captain 1454 arrived on the scene shortly after the dispatch and reported a … Continue reading →
