LEHIGH COUNTY, PA – As our photographer was clearing the Catasauqua fire, Lehigh County 9-1-1 dispatched Stations 33 (Han-Le-Co) and 75 (Northampton Regional EMS) to Airport Road and Lloyd Street in Hanover Twp. for a motor vehicle accidents with injuries.
Rescue 3341 went responding and was advised of a three vehicle accident with at least one person injured.
Units arrived to find a three vehicle accident with two injured. Fire crews assisted in immobilization of the patients and provided traffic control. A second EMS unit was requested from Cetronia EMS.
Both patients were transported to local hospitals with what appeared to be non life-threatening injuries.
