CAMDEN, NJ – Firefighters from the City of Camden along with multiple departments throughout New Jersey gathered in the extreme heat to battle a warehouse fire that spread to multiple houses and other buildings. Firefighters were called to Chestnut Street and Orchard Street around 4:15 PM for an abandoned tire factory on fire.  The fire quickly escalated to three alarms with heavy fire through the roof.
