LUZERNE COUNTY, PA – Around 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 21, Luzerne County dispatched Dorrance Twp. Fire and Dorrance EMS to Interstate 81 at MM156 for a reported vehicle fire. Additional was provided that smoke was coming from a passenger car.
Hazle Twp. Assistance Chief 141-4 (Zoshak) come up on radio and stated he came upon the vehicle fire and was now reporting a fully involved vehicle off the roadway and all occupants were accounted for. Dorrance Twp. Fire arrived on the scene and quickly extinguished the fire.
