Helmet cam: Working fire in Ashley, PA

Hanover Rescue and Truck was alerted to respond on the first alarm assignment into Ashley Borough on a reported house fire in the Trailer Park. The Rescue Company was returning from a previous MVA in the first due, and had arrived with the first due rescue engine from Ashley to find a mobile home with smoke showing. The rescue crew split up providing search, fire attack and ventilation. Crews removed a dog from the house, and moved to the fire room in the rear of the trailer. After hose crews knocked the fire down, rescue crews assisted with overhaul and vertical ventilation to assist with checking for fire in the void space of the trailer due to changing smoke conditions. Crews operated for about 2 hours on the scene.
